Viber not sending photos from photo gallery

Viber is currently not working on my iphone 4. When trying to send a picture message, it says I am currently not able to access my photo gallery. I get the message "this app does not have access to your photos or videos. You can enable access in Privacy Settings". However, my phone does not have a "Privacy Settings" at all. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Which iOS version is your iPhone running?

Under iOS 6, Privacy is located at Settings below General, Sounds, and Brightness & Wallpaper.

Select Photos under Privacy to turn Viber on to have access to your photos.

I went to my phone's Settings and turned the Location Services on for Viber, and now I can access the photo gallery from the app! I have iOS 4. Hope that works for you.
