When I swipe between full screen app, the other screen follows

, can it just change the full screen app of the screen with the cursor?

when I swipe between full screen app, the other screen follows to a full screen app window with no applications (like a grey linen screen)

and I can't use that one properly yet I still want to use the full screen app without disturbing the other screen. (the left screen is grey)
