Q: My mouse won't work at all. The cursor moves but nothing happens when I click. I've tried both USB and bluetooth mice. HELP!!

This is a brand new iMac. I can't get the mouse to do anything except move the cursor arrow. To shut down, I have to turn off the computer with the power button. Rebooting doesn't change a thing. Is my computer broken??
