My movie redeem code is coming back saying error temporarily unaable to download movie

My movie redeem code when entered is coming back saying error temporarily unaable to download. Please try again later. Is there something I am doing wrong or is the digital copy movie download out of service from apple temporarily.

windows based. Itunes software-OTHER, Windows Vista
