Assuming that all of the devices are set up to use the same AppleID account, what you are most likely seeing is the purchase history of that account from the iTunes Store. Items on this list may be hidden:

If this continues to be an issue, you may want to set up individual AppleIDs for the children, and/or turn off Automatic Download:
