i bought and sent a gift card and didn't receive it

She's checked her spam folder as well as her Inbox ? You should be abe to try resending it to her : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1541

This has happened to me to as of last night. No, it's not an incorrect email address, and no, it's not in the recipient's spam box. This is happening on more than just the odd isolated occasion - I've found many similar posts - Apple really needs to sort this oout.

Edit: I have resent it twice and triple checked the address.
