My phone recently quit having volume controls with video, music etc., yet siri, voice recordings, videos using headphones volume all work. And instead of touchscreen vol control I now have touchscreen rew play and ff in a box wo volume?? Any thoughts or suggestions of how to return to orig setting would be much appreciated. Already tried deleting and restoring but only could go back a couple days??? Need to go back a couple weeks.
