Q: My iphone 4S is not getting unlocked. Msg is as follows " Not Enough Storage" 'This iphone cannot be backed up because there is not enough icloud storage available. You can manage your storage in settings.' not able to unlock my phone now.

Reset it by holding the power and home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo, then release.

I did this and it did not change anything. Any other ideas? Is there another way to manage storage?
