If you are unable to access the Internet while connected to a Wi-Fi network

I had "If you are unable to access the Internet while connected to a Wi-Fi network" problem. I have go thru it. I tried every step that is showed on the website. But I am still having same problem. It only happens when I am connecting to my home wifi also The cloud public wifi spots. What should I do?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4
