I just did a complete restore http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414. The iTouch connected to inernet enough to download a couple of emails, and then stopped working competely. The WIFI connection is O,K., but no data flows through it.

I think there is a bug is IOS 6.1.3.

Can someone at Apple help me? This unit was never dropped and is otherwise in perfect condition. It must be a sofware glitch.

Have you tried

-iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections

- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network

-iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points

- Have you powered off and then back on your router?

- Have you tried changing the security on the router? Start with using no security

- Check to see if it works OK with other networks. If it does that points to a problem with your network.

- Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.
