When I tried to purchase the content of an app, I got some errors

Hi, I'm playing "Clash of Clans".

When I tried to purchase gems, then I got an error while purchasing.

"Your Purchase Could Not Be Complete" error.

I don't know why this error occurs.

Please help me 😟
