May 13, 2013 9:53 AM in response to Jeeper50rsby BDAqua,Hello, try this...
Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot when it completes.
(Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive.)
Reinstall the Printer Driver.

May 26, 2013 10:39 PM in response to Jeeper50rsby Jeeper50rs,Thanks BDAqua but unfortunately this has not solved my issue - I did the Safe Boot and waited, then reinstalled the drivers - but once again when I tried to install the Printer it displayed the same message. This is getting very frustrating indeed.
But thanks for your help
