Q: error code (-42110.) i get this code anytime I sync my ipod or open itunes

anytime I sync my ipod or open itunes I get error code -42110. I do not see anything not working but it dose concern me. Dose anyone know what is causing this and what to do to stop it?

iPod touch (4th generation), Windows Vista
