If another device is using the same Apple ID for iMessage (in Settings>Messages>Send & Receive), it wil be able to see your iMessages, if that's what you're asking. To prevent this, use different IDs (tap the ID, sign out, sign back in with a separate ID).
no i no that my i messages will show but will my messages on kik or skype show up through my icloud also will my apps that i download show up on my other debice using my apple id
I don't know whether or not iCloud will sync messages from 3rd party apps like Skype or not. You'll have to contact the app developer and ask them.
Apps that you download on one device will automatically be downloaded to your other devices if they are using the same Apple ID in Settings>iTunes & App Stores and have Apps turned to On under Automatic Downloads in Settings>iTunes & App Stores.
