I basicly said everything in the title. My on?off button didn't work as good anymore so i sent the phone in. UPS man came and took the whole Box. I wasn't home personally so i couldnt avoid that 😟
Are the accessories gone for good, i'll never see them again?

I'm working all day so i had it get picked up at his house.
Should've left the only phone with him, but now its loo late for that.

You could phone the return centre and warn them with suitable contrition and you may be lucky ,doubt this will be the first time it has happened

Ah ,so you are in Europe ( helps to tell upfront as this is a WW forum )
They will not repair your iPhone they will check it and assuming no user induced damage will send back a replacement refurbished unit to you ( reason for no accessories 😉)
There must be a contact number where you arranged the return
It is possibly going to Eire where Apple seems to ship most EU shipments from

So, I asked for the repair online through apple support but in the emails I got is no phone number or email address I could respond to :/
I guess I'll just accept the fact that the box charger and headset are gone.
