Are you saying that you have an iPhone or iPad and you don't have enough memory for any more pictures? Adding the 10GB won't have any effect - it's extra space on the iCloud server for Documents, email, Contacts, Calendars and iPhone backup. You can't increase the memory on an iPad or iPhone by any means. If this isn't your issue please clarify what you mean.

May 14, 2013 12:34 PM in response to Ellz xby Roger Wilmut1,The 10GB you bought is extra storage on the iCloud server. It doesn't have anything to do with your iPod. If your iPod should be able to take pictures and isn't doing so, then the best place to ask would be in the iPod forum.

May 14, 2013 12:34 PM in response to Ellz xby pvonk,If you mean you bought more storage on icloud, the problem may be that your ipod has little storage left. If that's the case there's nothing you can do but delete stuff off the ipod, like pictures, songs, especially video - if you have some.
