safari wont load any webpages at all! help?

Hello everyone,

Safari can't load any webpages, so I can't go on the internet at all. Safari loads maybe 1/8 of the page and doesnt proceed any more.

And I dont have any other browsers, but my email and other applications that require internet work, and yes I restarted my computer and safari, and turned off pv6 in the network settings etc. I have tried everything I just have no idea what to do I have searched many websites and they didnt help. I also have a virus scanner to see if I have a virus, but I do t think it is that.
