How to highlight a whole row or column?

In excel you click the most left side of the row, what's the corresponding action for Numbers? (Without having to click, hold and drag.)

Thank you for any help. 🙂

ASAL,

It's basically the same in Numbers as what you describe for Excel. I don't now where you got the click, hold and drag business. Click once on a cell in the table to activate the table. This makes the "Tabs" appear with the Row and Column labels. Then click on a label and the entire row or column is Selected.
