Not being able to watch .Mov on a MacBookPro

I have some .Mov files in my MacBook that I'm not being able to watch ? I click play on them and the Quick Time player shows me a black video with nothing in it ?

They used to work perfectly fine when I recently downloaded them through iPhoto ? But now I cant seem to open them ?
