Help me! (bluetooth problem)

I have a macbook pro 13 inch mid-2012 with windows 8 installed via bootcamp, I installed all the drivers but the bluetooth does not work, also the sound through hdmi-thunderbolt is not recognized by the TV.

What should I do to solve these two problems?
