My son turned on the voiseover feature on his ipod. I cant retrieve his serial number bc it will not scroll low enough. I also can not turn the feature off! Any suggestions??
Press the Home Button 3 Times...
Then go to...
Settings > General > Accessibility > Voice Over > Off
iPhone: Configuring accessibility features (including VoiceOver and Zoom)
I did try that and the only thing that happened was that the screen display changed colors. I can get to the settings but cant scroll low enough to be able to select the accessibility feature to turn off the voiceover
