Hi i live in cyprus and personal hotspot is not available from my provider. Someone tried to set it up on my iphone 4. I just bought iphone 5 and signed in with my id. Personal hotspot is spinning although i didnt try to set it up on the 5. Please help me stop it from spinning on both devices as it may be using up battery!!
