Q: How can I recover all my deleted iCal events?

My children were playing around on the computer, and for some reason, all my iCal events were deleted. I doubt that they purposefully went through all my events and deleted each one. I checked icloud with no luck, it's still an empty calendar. It's the same way on my phone as well.

How do I get all my events back?!
