When I'm importing some NEF files I can see all of them in the import window but when they are imported to the chosen project some of them don't show up. I can like I sad see them in the preview window and the finder (and in Bridge as-well)

what do you mean by "they don't shop up" - do they not appear at all, or are they shown as little grey boxes? If the latter, just wait a while; Aperture is busy rendering the previews (which can take a while).
You can see whether Aperture's busy by watching out for a little turning "spoked wheel" (or whatever that thing is called) at the bottom of the window in the "edit" view.
On the other hand, if Aperture has finished trying to render your images and you still get a box with an unsupported file format message for some pictures, then something has corrupted the information in the file. It could be the camera or the download itself.
If you are downloading directly from your camera, don't do that! Download first to your hard drive, then import from a folder. Give that a try. I have seen too many problems associated with direct camera import to be impressed with it.
The other question is, are you first importing you .NEF files into something else before importing in Aperture? If you are, try importing first into Aperture. Aperture relies heavily on the EXIF information in a file to work properly. If it is missing or corrupted, for any reason, you will have a problem with an image.
I've seen the same issue several times. In my case the files initially all showed up fine and I was able to view them. Suddenly the previews turned grey and the viewer image was maroon "unsupported file format".
As a test, I exported the master and re-imported it. Same result.
I grabbed the master from a previous exported master (immediately after import) and re-imported. Boom! It displayed. It seems to me Aperture is corrupting the files somehow. So much for not touching the original RAW file in any shape or form, apple?
I had a post about a similar problem a week ago and did not get much help. Prior to March 12th, everything was working fine with my D70 Raw files. After that I get the maroon "Unsupported Image Format" (USF) when I select the images that were previously fine. They show up for a fraction of a second before I get the error. I tried rebuilding the database to no avail. I can export the RAW files and open them in Photoshop so they are OK. Also now when I import from my D70 I get the gray box instead of the image and a letterbox maroon USF message, the EXIF data still imports and is associated with the image. I am still hoping for help.

Hi everyone! And thinks for your quick reply and sorry for me late respond, out shooting! But I have found the problem, they files that do not show up are files that are protected. I often do that as most of my work is VR photography, and there fore sometimes protect the last file (image) . I just started out using Aperture and do like it a lot even it is not build for panorama workflow, it just so nice and beautiful to see my photos in Aperture. As always thumbs up to Apple!
But I have been crashing the program servile times, doing diffrent tasks in Aperture. And my system is the best that Apple has to offer now! ok I have 4 GB but will it speed thinks up a lot to get it up to 8 or 16GB?
