When I sign my apple Id in it says could not sign in, unknown error

Even by entering the correct credentials.. Its not signing in.

Its showing up a message “there was an error connecting to icloud “

This did not work for me. I still get the same error.

It still doesn't work, it is showing me unable to connect,failed server and all that, please I need a solution.

try turning off your wifi and connecting using only your cellular connection. Once you log in, you and activate your wifi. This worked for me.
