Q: I have added my photos to pjotostreem on pc but they are not coming on to my iPad

I am trying to add some photo from my pc to my iPad but when I've added them to the iCloud then done back up on my iPad its never updated

iPad 2 Wi-Fi, iOS 6.1.4
