Q: Facetime and Camera

Hi,

Shripal here from India.

I am using iphone 5 which i bought from Dubai UAE Mall of Emirates. Now i am facing problem for Facetime. I ask to apple helpline in India but they are saying that you bought this device from Dubai so this device is not supported to FaceTime.

Actually apple Dubai website they mention that Iphone 5 is FaceTime supported as bellow link.

So why my device is not aupported ?

Such big confusion with above link as:

Black iPhone5 device doesnt have small dot facetime supported camera and white iPhone5 device have small Dot which is facetime supported on the same screen.

I dont know what to do ?

Recently i am getting error with my Camera so i need to send this device to Dubai Apple service center but not a single Apple service center available on applesite for Iphone. I try on locate.apple.com
