I've signed back in after the waiting period but i get no option to continue or complete the process! please help. i have an iphone 4 with find my iphone installed. i dont know what to do

I have the same problem as you. The only thing we can do is to wait until Apple makes that option available, or if you want, you can contact with Apple by phone to explain this case

The option to turn on two-step verification from My Apple ID page. I was able to order it in Friday and I had to wait three days. After those three days, the option to turn it on isn't available
