please advice me when i am adding a new contact on my i phone it did not appear in iclude , can you tell me how to fix this issue.

Do you have iCloud turned on?
Are contacts set to sync?
Was the contact added to the iCloud address book?
yes my icloud turned on, and i add the contact on my iphone , but did not apear in icloud

Settings > iCloud > Contacts
Do you possibly have another account setup to sync contacts like Gmail? If so, which is set to the default? This will determine where new contacts are added.
