I receive the following screen when i attempting to send photos from my library.
"This app does not have access to your photos or videos" You can enable access in Privacy Settings.
What's wrong? I have IOS 5. I didn't have this problem with the previous version.

I had the same problem too with my mum's phone. All I had to do was restart the device (IOS 5) and then it worked perfectly fine. I know a similar reply by Abhishrent was posted but I just wanted to say that it really worked. 🙂
Have you gone to Settings > Privacy > Photos and granted access?
I saw this solution somewhere before I asked help, but I can't find the privacy in settings in order to check this about photos. I have IOS 5.1.1.
Why this is something that I should do now? I mean, in the the previous version it was everything ok. I have this problem from the day I made the last update of Viber.
I have to mention that I can receive photos but I can't send from my library photos. Help me please because is the only easy way that I have to send photos between others.

Sounds like maybe Viber included an iOS 6 feature in there latest update. Either update your iPhone or contact Viber.
its very simple... There is nothing related to PRIVACY SETTING..
just turn your LOCATION SERVICE "ON" from SETTINGS... you are good to go 😉

Thank you very much, this solved my question. But I want to ask you something. If I will update my iphone to IOS 6, viber can works like before without need to turn on the location service?
In my iOS6 iPhone, I went to Settings - Privacy - Photos. But Viber is not shown as an App that has requested access to photos. So there is nothing to turn on, and Viber does not have access to the camera roll. Under Settings - Privacy - Location Services, Viber is turned on, and the overall Location Services is also turned on. Any suggestions?
