I have used the Header column for the formula. This allows you to add more columns (Days).
Formulain F2 is
Instead of Day1 etc., use numbers for the Column names. This allows MAX($1:$1) to calculate the total number of days. Note that Column F is already in place for Day 5, but don't put a 5 in until you check the boxes for that day.
Column A formatted as percentage will change the 0.25 to 25% (sorry I forgot to do that before the screen shot)..
