If you are looking to manage your pre-ordered content, you can do so from the Account Information page:

If the items have already been purchased, they may show up in your purchase history (where you can then download them again):

You can also look under the Store menu in iTunes for the "Check for available downloads" command and run that. The tracks may be there to be downloaded.
