Apple Releases Superdrive Firmware Update

Apple just released a superdrive firmware update to fix the burn speed issue.

I'm away from my superdrive, but I hope this solves the issue finally.

This update doesn't apply to any PowerMac G5s, though. Only some PowerBooks, iMacs, and the G4 Mini.

looks like the issues with the Matshita UJ 835 E may have been addressed.
