Q: Can I still photostream to my windows PC if the phone is in lost mode?

I need the photos off my phone but my phone is lost mode.. can I still stream the photos to my PC?

iPhone 4S, Windows 98, Iphone to Window PC

If it is lost, it would have to be turned on and connected to the Internet or with an iCloud connection and Photo Stream turned on already since you cannot control it. Chances of streaming them are very slim.
