I cannot push any button from radio panel, like Play, next, etc.

This support document http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3647 describes the bluetooth profiles the iPhone supports. You would have to check with the device manufacturer to see if you can use controls on the radio to control the phone. Again, both devices have to support the protocol.
