Q: Does OS Lion 10.7.5 support Airplay mirror of Apple TV 3? I can't find the option in Setting>Display on my mid 2012 MacBook Pro.

No mirroring is a feature of 10.8, you will need to upgrade or use a 3rd party option (e.g. Airparrot)

Thanks to the $15 Beamer, AirPlay streaming is still possible on Macs  that do not support Airplay and mirroring.
