I've been trying to cancel the 10 GB storage plan, billed annually, I purchased in error. This has proven impossible. I did speak to a support rep, which was a 30-min excursion into the unknown...I have not received any verification this cancellation has actually taken place, and no refund has been applied to my CC. Isn't there an easier way? They make it so easy to buy...impossible to jump through all the hoops for a simple reversal! LS
