Q: My iTunes crashes when I either click on preferences or plug my phone into my computer.

Whenever I do one of two things my iTunes crashes:

1. Plug my iPhone into my computer.

2. Click on Preferences in iTunes.

I am on Windows 8. My iTunes is on 11.0.2. My iPhone 4s is on 6.1.3.

I have tried un-installing all Apple programs on my computer and then re-installing them.

I have tried this on another account and it gave me the same results.

I have another computer that iTunes works perfect on but when I try it on this computer it crashes.

My other computer is running on Windows XP.

iTunes was working perfect on my Windows 8 computer until yesterday.
