Licence for Mountain Lion in Educational Institution

I am using my school's Apple ID to purchase the Mountain Lion. There are more than 12 iMacs and 30 Macbook Pro in my school. How many copies of the Mountain Lion is necessary? Can I purchase 1 licence and install for all the Apple machines in my school?
