if i mistakenly deleted stuff from the cloud, i can never recover them and have to re-purchase the items? says i bought some songs, but i dont have a download option.

You can download any of the songs that were originally purchased from iTunes, if you had iTunes Match enabled you could also download the songs that were not purchased from iTunes, did you?
He is not talking about this. I have same question. I purchased music, then I accidentally deleted it from computer AND from icloud. Now, when I want to download it again on iTunes Store it says I have to purchase it again, but I'b already paid for it.
