I have followed instructions for downgrading storage on my iPad. But when I tick the plan required the system will not allow me to save it. The 'Done' box remains grey, not blue. It just will not accept the downgrade request. Can anyone helpless? Thank you.

Most downgrade requests handled by phone call to Apple directly. They want to make sure, that request made by person responsible for the account, especially if there is some data loss associated with downgrade.

Thanks for this. But in that case when you click on'downgrade' it should tell us to call support, not give the option to downgrade and then not allow it, surely? And what number do I need to call! Please?

Well now, here we are: what a strange thing. I have been into my account via settings, iCloud, my account and discovered to my surprise that the storage plan has in fact been changed - which is not at all what I expected.
having the same problem , so i need to call and sit on hold to downgrade to 10 gigs ?
but if i want to downgrade to free i dont have to?
