OS X Lion server vulnerable for Dovecot config

Is OS X Lion server vulnerable for the exploit below,

and if so how can I fix it.

From the description it seems to affect only a particular configuration of Dovecot in combination with Exim. OS X Server does not use Exim, so the issue should not apply.
