If you are asking because you want to change countries on your account, then if you can't find anything to spend it on you could contact iTunes Support and ask if they can remove it for you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
