Q: My Iphone 4s does not ring on incomming calls. I checked all the settings and they are correct. Also my voice mail messanges can hardly be heard even though volume up to max. I tried to reset all settings but that did not help. Are there any suggestions

My Iphone 4s does nt ring on incomming calls. My voice mail messages can hardly be heard even thougth volume at a Max. Is it possible that the internal speakers are deffective. The iphone is only 15 months old and get very little use. I did reset setting but that did not help. Has anyone experienced my problem and how was it resolved?

I took my phone to apple they replaced the speaker. That corrected the problem
