My shuffle flashes one green light then two orange lights
I plug it into the docking bay (it works I have tested with other shuffle) and I get nothing just the flashing lights.
Please help.

According to the information you've given me, it appears that your iPod shuffle will have to be restored. In order to do that, we will need to follow the instructions in another article, which can be found here:

One of my problems is that the ipod is not recognized by itunes or the computer. So I can not do a restore.
