I'm using a 4 GB thumb drive for my ISO image, and my ISO is 3.32 GB, but Boot Camp Assistant keeps saying there's not enough space. Why?

The instructions for Boot Camp Assistant require a USB Drive of "4 GB or more." I'm using one that has 4 GB (slightly over), yet Boot Camp assistant insists there's not enough space for the 3.32 GB ISO image. Is this another error in disguise? Or do I really need a bigger USB drive?
