Am having trouble opening movies I download?

Hello

I have downloaded movies, when I go to play them it isn't supported by quick time player. It says I have to change the file name I do that and it still wont work. 😟

Help Please!

Are these movies from iTunes or places like Youtube or a torrent site?

If it's the latter, we are not allowed to discuss circumventing DRM and copyright protection or we'd be violating the ToU here. You'll have to check Google.
