Q: I can't get apps ,tells me my storage is full and it's no where near close to full as I have upgraded to larger capacity

There seems to be a problem with my I pad not wanting to download. Tells me my storage is full, shows 14.8 out of 15 gb available. I deleted other apps to try make room but no luck.  Please help , I sent apple another 20 bucks today for more storage ,  obviously no the problem,!

Buying extra iCloud storage has no effect on your iPad - you are buying extra space on the iCloud server. You cannot upgrade the storage in an iPad by any means - it would have to be physically upgraded inside the device and you can't do this.

If your iPad is not working as expected you should ask in the iPad forum and I will ask the Hosts to move this thread there.

Roger is correct.  The best thing you can do is remove some content- Like videos you have watched, or pictures you have taken.  Unless you bought a "big" ipad, you will need to proactively manage your content.
