HOW DO I CREATE A RESCUE EMAIL WHEN I CAN'T ACCESS THE PLACE WITHOUT ANSWERING THE SECURITY QUESTIONS I FORGOT ABOUT AND THUS NEED THE RESCUE EMAIL???

Same as above, I can't remember security question answers to the letter, need to reset them but I need to answer them to apparetly (I say apparently because Itunes does not CLEARLY state how to do it) get to the area where I need to iGO???????? The support about rescue emails says f you havn't made one GO TO SUPPORT. I CANT BUY ANYTHING ANYMORE, ITS SO IRRITATING THAT IM STARTING TO HATE APPLE.
