Replacement Earphones?

My dog ripped up my iPhone4 earphones, and I still have a one year warranty. I'm wondering if I could get a replacement. I looked forums and such and saw that you could get replacement as long you have a warrenty. & you can't get a replacement because it is all messed up, something has to be wrong with the earphones like the earbud isn't working or something. So I'm not sure if I could get a replacement, is it possible? Here how it looks:
